BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable non- transferable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. There is a $3 processing fee for transactions of $50 or more.
No booking fee = No Appointment
booking fees will be applied to the balance which is due on the day of the appointment once the service is completed. Processing fee is not applied to the balance. Balance is accepted via Zelle, Venmo, Cash app or cash on the day of your appointment.
Policy/Rescheduling/Cancellations
Arrive on time:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client's appointment back. We respect our clients time & expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited, & if you rebook at a later date a new booking fee is required. Arriving 10 minutes early is highly suggested.
Rescheduling:
Should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we require 48-hour notice. This gives us time to fill your appointment (we will waive the rebooking fee one time only per client, per calendar year & you must reschedule within 60 calendar days from the date of your original appointment) If 48-hour notice is not provided or you have already canceled/rescheduled once within the calendar year, your booking fee will be forfeited & if you rebook at a later date a new booking fee is required. Cancellations:
In the event you decide not to move forward & cancel your appointment for any reason, your booking fee will be forfeited. As a courtesy, please provide 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Same Day Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment, 50% of the service fee is due immediately. Your booking fee will be applied to the same day cancelation fee & the card on file will be charged. (For example, $500 service, $100 deposit, card will be charged $150). Services that require full payment upon booking will not be refunded.
No Shows:
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the service you booked. Future services will require full payment upon booking. We reserve the right to permanently ban no shows for any future bookings. Services that require full payment upon booking will not be refunded.
Important Covid Information:
∘ Must not have tested positive for Covid or been in contact with someone who's tested positive for Covid within the past 14 days. Please reschedule until you've tested negative for covid.
∘ Plan on getting covid vaccination or have been vaccinated recently? Please refrain from booking with us 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after you've been vaccinated. (applies to semi-permanent makeup, scar camouflage, stretchmark camouflage, clients only)
∘ Please reschedule your appointment and stay home to recover if you're sick with a cold, cough, flu, fever, sinus/ respiratory infection, sore throat runny nose, etc
∘ Anyone who arrives with the above symptoms or illness, appears sick, etc. will be refused service and full remaining balance fee will be applied to the card on file.
Extremely Important:
Due to the severity of some of our services the county prohibits clients to be accompanied by anyone else. Plan on coming alone. Failure to acknowledge this policy will result in cancellation of your appointment, booking fee will be forfeit, (same day cancellation policy will be applied) and if you rebook at a later date a new booking fee is required.
Children:
We kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. We love kids, in fact Victoria has two of her own, but children and our studio (even those really well-behaved kids with iPads) don’t mix! We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for our clients. Failure to acknowledge this policy will result in cancellation of your appointment, booking fee will be forfeited, (same day cancellation policy will apply) and if you rebook at a later date a new booking fee will be required. Thank you for your understanding!
NO REFUNDS:
We take pride in providing a top tier experience for each and every service performed here at Plush Beaute Lounge. Our goal is to meet every client's expectations & and build an ongoing trusted relationship with our clients. In the event that we didn't meet your expectations for any reason, please reach out to us to discuss the options available. Please note: There are no refunds for service once provided and all booking fees & transactions are final.
Pre-Authorized Card and Fees:
All clients are required to have a card on file to book appointments. The card(s) you provide will be the pre-authorized card on file in-case any fees are owed due to the violation of our policies listed above.
If card is removed after booking the appointment, the appointment will be canceled
Conditions:
Plush Beaute Lounge has the rights to refuse service to anyone
Prices for services are subject to change at any time without notice. Once you complete the booking process & submit your deposit for the service, the current price for that service is guaranteed. However, some services require follow up appointments. When & if there is a price increase, the current price will be required.
Upon booking, all clients will be prompted to complete a consent form pertaining to the service(s) booked.
Terms and Conditions, if you refuse to agree you will not be able to move forward with the appointment.
